How to opt in. You may opt in by texting a keyword to our number, checking an SMS consent box on a NestSTEPS form, or providing written consent at a NestSTEPS event. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of participating in any employer program.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You’ll receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
